Kirsten is a non-practising Lawyer with a unique depth and breadth of experience having recruited in-house and at agency, primarily focused on serving the top tier legal professional market and Alternative Legal Services sector including eDiscovery, Forensics & Cyber Security. 

In addition to her professional experience, Kirsten brings a distinctive skill set founded in her dual bachelor’s degree in Law and Psychological Science, which enables her to understand her clients’ needs intimately and advise candidates with care and support on their career. 

The genuine buzz she gets out of handpicking exceptional people for clients to build successful teams and watching candidates meet their career goals, is the essence of what Carty & Co. was born out of.
