Kirsten is a non-practising Lawyer with a unique depth and breadth of experience having recruited in-house and at agency, primarily focused on serving the top tier legal professional market and Alternative Legal Services sector including eDiscovery, Forensics & Cyber Security.
In addition to her professional experience, Kirsten brings a distinctive skill set founded in her dual bachelor’s degree in Law and Psychological Science, which enables her to understand her clients’ needs intimately and advise candidates with care and support on their career.
The genuine buzz she gets out of handpicking exceptional people for clients to build successful teams and watching candidates meet their career goals, is the essence of what Carty & Co. was born out of.
Brendon is a qualified Engineer and Management Consultant with over 10 years’ experience providing advice to Senior Executives and leading large-scale programs for public sector and ASX200 Clients domestic and abroad.
After graduating from Melbourne University with a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours), Brendon worked as a Site Engineer on billion-dollar infrastructure projects for Australia’s leading Construction Engineering company before following his passion for data-led insights and becoming a Management Consultant.
Having worked primarily in the ‘Big 4’ and quickly progressing to Senior Manager, he developed a strong skill set and reputation for: structured problem solving, process improvement and automation, data analytics and visualisation.
